Evaluation for Demand Priority of Construction Land
――A Case Study of Wenzhou City

Abstract: Lacking of quantitative evidence is a common problem with present construction land quantity distribution, which is often based on qualitative analysis. This paper established the evaluation method for demand priority of construction land by combining principal component analysis and 2-D graphics cluster analysis. Its application to the development planning of construction land in Wenzhou, achieved fruitful results.
