摘要：我国对国际直接投资理论的研究就始于改革开放以后，目的是从理论和实践两方面认识我国利用外资和我国对外直接投资的关系。本文首先介绍了邓宁的投资发展周期论和启示，然后利用这一理论对我国的吸引外资和对外投资能力进行相关分析。

Investment Development Cycle Theory of Dunning
And Its Analysis in China
Abstract: The study on the international direct investment theories in China can be tracked to the years that China has implemented inform and open policy. Its purpose is to know the relation between utilizing foreign capital and investment in overseas from theory and practice aspects. After introducing Investment Development Cycle theory of Dunning and its suggestion, this paper use this theory to carry on the correlation analysis between foreign capital in China and our direct investment overseas.
