The channel of transmission of monetary policy

Introduction
The monetary transmission mechanism is the process through which monetary policy decisions are transmitted into changes in real GDP and inflation. Recent research has shown that understanding the transmission mechanism of monetary policy is a difficult and still largely incomplete task. Meanwhile, monetary policy has been even more at the center of macroeconomic policymaking. This paper will introduce and evaluate the main channel of transmission of monetary policy.
